I think it benefits United Way. I believe Dave Yoder has done most of the footwork. We need someone up there that can organize the event and make sure it all goes as planned. If he hasn't already contacted you, you could contact Dave for more information.

Is the date locked in for sure, cause I think that is the same weekend as the evo shootout in Atlanta. Just some thing to think about in regards to the turn out for us at Bristol, we may have more show up if its not on the Atlanta shoot out weekend. JY

I don't think the Bristol event will really have an impact on Atlanta or vice versa FWIW. I don't remember alot of Atlanta people ever coming up to BMS for events. Usually we have more of a NC/Virginia draw up there.
