Don't forget a busted ball-joint, rotted control-arm bushings, 6 year-old alignment, and a front-sway just begging to be ripped off the mounts! But these issues just add character, something I've learned to deal with

I'd love to have about 20 less years (old) if I can keep the experience (experience is expensive, in years and otherwise, lol).

I wish that Marcus and I didn't have the heaviest cars at every autocross (aside from the Forester, I assume. and the Impala lol)

I would settle for 10 years less old. I plan on running Sunday just to see if I can walk the course.

Given the current situation (adult children) I will not be able to pop the Miata from the garage just yet. Its killing me but keeping things at home on the top are top priority. No questions asked. I have no knowledge what class I'll be in but I will run.

Maybe? Not sure I'm in the right class. Stock 99 Miata except:
1. MR2 Spider rims 16R 15front w/ Yo S-drive tires
2. drilled rotors stock squeezes and pads still.
3. first time so I sign up NCS but I'm thinking that's not right. I have stock wheels w/ Falkins but they don't stick near as well as the much better looking MR2 wheels.

Appreciate the help, See ya Sunday.

 Were's not the only ones! Me, Chris, Dan, JY (4XXX for the GT500)... And I think the Fozzy is actually a bit lighter than the Imprezas. :-|

I'm thinking your best bet would be STR. Not sure about your tires. What's the treadwear rating on them? You definitely are not legal for stock with the cross drilled rotors and MR2 wheels.

I wouldn't have thought that the forrester weighed more. It has more of parts and seats and is bigger. Lol but I definitely wouldn't have thought the gt500 is 2 tons. A vette is less than our cars i think

Yeah, I think the Vette is lighter than us, around 3100 or so. Just looked it up for the Subies: 04 Foz XT, 3300; 03 WRX, 3085; 07 STI, 3351; 05 STI 3263. Sheesh, I get to be the heaviest!

As ready as I will ever be (even though I still have not even ordered planned wheels, tires, bar, etc) because I proudly claim excuse 10.
