I'm confused about how this all works. I'd like to be paddocked with my ETR friends. Can we just give you our member numbers, and have you get a bunch of spots together for us ETR people?

no it's supposed to be referencing the MSR registration list. The system is up for testing and a lot of people have registered a spot.
