Classification

Post by SilverMaxima »

A friend wants to get into AX. He has a 05 Saab 92-X Aero, aka a WRX engine/drivetrain/suspension with a Saab wagon body. It's turbo, automatic, and has been tuned with a downpipe, so it's beyond stock boost. I'm assuming it follows the same path as the 05 WRX, so ESP...? But, the only class that specifically lists a 92-X Turbo is for D Stock. There is Saab NOC, but non-turbo only. So ESP good, I suppose...?

No. That's probably what he'll do, just wanted to give him the "other" option.

Just found it interesting the poor Saabaru isn't mentioned beyond stock.

It's a safe bet that if it's DS it would go to ESP.

Welcome to yet another Saab story. I would vote ESP or STM if he wants to run with other folks.
