Care to try massage therapy first? If so, I can hook you up. Sometimes, problems are muscular and not skeletal.

I have never been to one, but ROC highly recommends one near the intersection of North Peters and Kingston.

I've been going to Hosenfeld for years - very pleased.

It was a muscular problem that got me started there...

My issue is that I feel discomfort below my ribs when I sit. It is hard to describe, but it almost feels as if my ribs are "bound up" or if something is out of align. I don't feel it when I'm standing and it doesn't impact my sleep, but sitting at a desk or driving a car is pretty terrible.

I'm not really sure if a chiropractor is the way to go, but that seems like a logical option to consider.

and even if they are skeletal, massage therapy is a great secondary therapy ... a massage therapist once pointed out to me that, while chiropractory was a great tool for feeling better ... what it did was move bones back to were they belonged ... while massage helped keep them there

"Good chiropractor?" Does not compute...

Try KOC (Knoxville Orthopedic Clinic). I personally used them a few years ago when I got t-boned, and have had tons of dealings with them over the years dealing with personal injury cases.

I went there when I had my ankle surgery and it was a good experience. When I had hip issues (probably tied to this episode) a few years ago, they were pretty stumped. Back/hip issues seem to be some sort of black magic.

Yeah, chiropractors are a lot like lawyers - most of them suck.

Yes, I can actually. No, I won't go on a date with you.
