I'll be in my highly modded (suspension/brakes) miata w/ stock hp. Open wheel car wont be making this one

what helmet requirements are there on ratings? got mine, but may bring a rider

They have never checked helmets when I have been there... just sayin lol

Like Andrew said, I haven't seen them check, but you probably want to bring something that is OK for autocross... since it is for your protection. <no cardboard helmets>

The E30 started for the first time tonight! Only a couple things to tie up and we will be ready to go. Zack Mortimer and I are leaving Chattanooga at 5AM Saturday...

Wow, that's close! Congrats.

As far as going on Friday or not, it's just a matter of choice, but I have don't it probably all combinations of possibilities. I now prefer to drive down on Saturday morning, then just relax on Saturday evening, swim in pool, drink a few at a nice cool restaurant, sleep good then it's an easy fun drive back on Sunday... remember you loose an hour coming back.
