Everyone will still be in the computer from last year, right? Or do I need to re-register?

I have a feeling the we start from scratch each year. I think this is a question the Dave can better answer.

We start from scratch every year. It keeps things clean(er). In the past it has been too much trouble to try to keep up with who has: changed numbers, changed classes, changed cars, etc.

I'll open the on-line registration a couple of weeks before the first event.

Well looks like we will definitely have registration covered this year. We should be able to rotate out so that everyone has a opportunity to walk the course, so no one feels rushed at the end of registration. See you all at the first event.

Maybe at one of the meeting we can get Dave to bring the laptop and give everyone a crash course on it.

I was thinking of doing the training at the board meeting before the first event. However, that might not be the best place to do it. I'd be open for getting together somewhere else... just need to do it shortly before the first event. We could order a Pizza and do it at my place some night.

Dave,

Has anything changed regarding the timekeeping sofware or anything like that? Anything I would need to re-learn?
