We lost an ETR Member today

Post by thrdeye »

Roy Sheely.

Details are fuzzy, but it happened at the dragon. He was a passenger in a Miata.

Godspeed, Roy.

I'll post more as things develop. If you hear updates, feel free to post.

Memorial Service is Sunday Dec 22.

Really sad day, such a genuine guy. This is Roy and his car:

The driver did survive and sounds to be ok physically.

Can't imagine what she's going through mentally.

I didn't really know Roy but very sad to hear he will not be with us any longer. Prayers for his family and friends, especially so close to Christmas.

a truly great person who seemed to know everyone and who made few enemies. I havent heard of arrangements yet but ETR should try to make a good appearance. We havent lost any members of our family like this in my extended years with SCCA.

I too feel sad,I have met Roy and he seemed like a real good guy some body ya meet for the first time and cracking jokes. He had his own type of humor. Please find details so we can show up and show respect with numbered ETRcars. Sean Mc Donald, are you OK. I hope the best for Tiffany. :( :( :( :(
