With 2015 season now over we look ahead to 2016.....Social 6PM...Meeting 7PM...Calhoun's Turkey Creek. Some topic's to discuss

any other suggestions?

1. Overall assessment of 2015
2. Bristol
3. Election's for 2016
4. Awards Banquet
5. Equipment needed or replaced

Doing away with Friday pre-reg for Adesa and making on-line pre reg mandatory for large events. Add $5 to the entry fees and go back to giving a $5 discount for on line registration like we used to. I probably can't make it to the meeting.

Some of these things need to be discussed at a Solo Committee meeting, not the board meeting.

BUMP....If you disregard my original post below....just a reminder so far nobody has said they will attend the November 3rd meeting? Calhoun's Turkey Creek 6PM social 7PM meeting. It's only next Tuesday.

I intend to attend.

We will discuss options for a new meeting place while we are there so if you have something viable, please bring information on what they have to offer as far as separate meeting space, food and beverage choices, location, etc.

My food and beverage got comped after Adesa. I can wait a few minutes for free.

If you are interested in running next year with etr, tonights meeting will have some very informative stuff that we talk about for next years season, so be there tonight if you can. Might even have a couple of HUGE announcements. JY
