trustworthy shop for engine diagnosis & repair

I need to find a good shop for my niece in Knoxville. She's got an RX300 that's burning oil/ 140K miles

She's at UT. Need a place I can trust not to rip her off and competent to determine state of her engine, i.e. leak down, borescope, etc.

Wish I could help with a recommendation but I work on my own stuff whenever possible so I don't have any real experience with any shops. I can tell you where NOT to go for machine work.
