wtb open dovetail trailer

Post by tnturbo »

Looking for a 16 or preferably 18-20 ft open trailer with a dovetail. I would prefer a full floor, but would consider an open center trailer for the right price.

Yes it does, but unfortuantely it is 400+ miles away. I had agreed to buy an identical trailer locally for $1000, then it was sold out form under me :x

Have him meet you half way. That's what I did when I bought mine. Sounds like he really needs it gone.

He has no tow vehicle. My tow vehicle would make it there, no worries about that. However I have a 3250 governor, 4.10 gears and no overdrive. On the governor, rev limiter if you prefer, my truck will run 75 mph. That does not make for a very interesting 400+ mile trip. No hitch on the Mustang so that is out

Well I ordered a brand new one today. People selling used ones have been smoking something besides cigarettes. I paid $1372 brand new for a 18' dovetail full floor car hauler from Hurst Trailers in Washburn

I will know the total by this weekend's event. They are hoping to have it built by Friday and if so you can check it out. I suspect there will be tax on it
