2000 BMW Z3 2.3 Roadster for Sale (Updated to Add Current Pictures)

F/S is my wife's 2000 BMW Z3 2.3 Roadster, with approx. 127,XXX.XX miles on the odometer. Boston Green ext. over tan leather interior. Recent lifestyle change (i.e., a little bundle of joy due in September) is forcing the sale.
The Good:
Despite the markings, the car has the tried and trued 2.5 M52 engine mated to a 5 speed manual transmission. The car pulls well, and the radio, lights, and other electronics (with the exception of the top) still work. Still has the original window sticker. My wife more or less babied the car and never really let me near it except to change the oil. Car had a new top installed 3-4 years ago. No rips or tears in the leather seats.
The Bad:
The AC stopped working. The compressor still works and it will work if you recharge it, so its a matter of chasing down the leak.
The thermostat has recently locked in the open position, which means the heat doesn't work either. I have a new thermostat that will be included with the sale of the car, but I'm not bothering to replace it before selling the car.
It has a motorized top which stopped working at the start of winter. I suspect that its a relay in the trunk, but it could be the brake position switch. Either way, should be a quick fix but not sure.
Car was involved in a hail storm approx. 2008, still has hail damage in the sheet metal. This is the reason the top was replaced.
The Ugly:
None. Clean title in hand, and its a solid driver with the issues listed above.
Price:
$4,000.00 obo. KBB for this car in "fair" condition is $4,674.00 but we are open to negotiate.
