WTB equipment trailer / car hauler

Post by benk »

We're looking for a trailer. Need at least a 14k GVWR (7k axles if dual). Open to bumper pull or gooseneck hookups. Not looking for a project or homemade trailer.

Check out Kaufman in NC. They're good people and their prices are very competitive. I love the tilt bed 22' car hauler I got from them. They also make tilt bed equipment (wood deck) trailers and a bunch of other stuff. Pretty much the only thing they don't seem to do is make much in the way of aluminum trailers. Ask for Nick and tell him I sent ya.

I've looked at their site, I really don't want to pay new trailer prices though.

I hear ya. I'm kinda looking for a small enclosed trailer (6x8 or 6x10) and all the "non-projects" are pretty much selling used for new prices. I think the trailer market is tracking the used car market.
