For sale: 23 HP Briggs & Stratton horizontal shaft engin
Used 23 horsepower B&S Vangard engine, V-twin, electric start. Complete engine less exhaust system. Low hours. Replaced under warranty due to damaged keyway on shaft. Retail value $1500 (Northern Tool and Equipment)... $700 obo...will pay finder's fee if you bring me a buyer. 865-458-8472
