I upgraded it to 12" wheels, added wood deck, toolbox, wheel chocks, tie downs, tongue jack/wheel, and wired the lights. It can haul up to eight 315x18" tires, cooler, airtank, gascan, plus the whole toolbox full of tools and spare parts.
Bare and unassembled these sell for $280 at HF.
Fully assembled with all the extras, I'm asking $350.
