We've got one, but you can't have him.
That seems to be one of those jobs that, if you're good at it, you're not looking for work. If you haven't tried them yet, you could call MForce. I don't know if they deal with electrical guys or not. They might be able to put you in contact with someone though. If you talk to Andy Moss, be sure to mention me.

What type of PLC do you need programmed? Need a regular full time guy or is it just some project work?

It would be a full time job for a large machine builder in middle tn. Primarily doing Allen Bradley work, but you would be working with other PLC brands as well as misc. other controls integration.
