That's what I have too. Just got it back from Glock with the latest revision parts.

Whoaaaa...what revision parts am I missing something haven't been on the Glock forum in a while. I love this weapon for conceal carry I have added (8) round option on the single stack 7 in mag and one in chamber.

Just did some reading on the several revisions to the G42....I'll break mine down tomorrow and check. How long did it take you to get it back? I've never had misfire yet using many different ammo manufactures. I always polish all my barrel ramps before I even shoot anything. had a big issue with my 9mm Ruger several years ago.

It took them little over the week. They will tell you over the phone if your gun is eligible based on the serial number. Mine was one of the very early ones.

I really don't understand why any of these major manufacturers can't release a frigin handgun without a bunch of issues right out of the box. Do they not do any testing first? I usually end up waiting a year before I buy anything new these days (esp. if its going to be for carry) because it seems they always get recalled.
