Entry Fees and SCCA Weekend Membership

Effective 01/09/2008

Members = $20
Non- Members = $35

All entrants who register ONLINE will receive a $5 discount to these fees.

Keep in mind that our entry fees are already lower than average and are remaining that way. The increase/discount is being enacted to encourage people to register online, which speeds up everyone's day and gets you to your course walk/car setup sooner.

If you don't have a PC with online connectivity, I'm sure you know someone that does. If not, you may use a public computer (at your local library, generally) to register online.

Again, this change will take place for points event #1 at PSTCC on 02/17/08

Weekend Membership

There will be a new "Weekend Membership Program" that will go into effect for 2008. To comply, we will now need your address when you register. The benefit to you is that this new program really makes becoming an SCCA member "worth it".

Non-member entry fee is now $35 ($30 if you register online). When you register, you will get a coupon good for $15 off of your SCCA membership costs should you decide to join.

If you run two events as a weekend member within a 60 day period, you will be able to apply two coupons toward your SCCA membership costs, making the total cost for an SCCA membership $45.

Once you are an SCCA member, you will get your first ETR event as a member for free (another $15 savings). You will then be able to register for points events as an SCCA member, which cuts your entry fee to $20 ($15 if you register online).

In effect, if you run 5 events with us and take advantage of the discount coupons and join the SCCA and get your free ETR event, your membership has cost you nothing.

As a member, you also get a magazine subscription to SportsCar, are eligible for special discounts at hotels, car rental places, etc. and are eligible to win year-end ETR trophies. You can also run larger National Events at places like Atlanta and Huntsville.

We hope you will all join the SCCA so that we don't have to do any extra paperwork after event #5! :P

SCCA Membership Cards/Valid Driver's License

Effective Immediately

If you are an SCCA member, be prepared to show your membership card in order to receive the Member Entry Fee.

If you have just joined the SCCA, but do not yet have you membership card, please request an email or letter confirming that your membership is applied for by contacting the SCCA Membership Department at 1-800-770-2055. You should explain to them that this information is needed for an upcoming event that you will be participating in and needs to be sent to you quickly.

We will be checking membership cards at every event, without exception.

Except in the case of JR Karts, We will also be strict in verifying that you have a valid Driver's License or Learner's Permit (which is valid if used in accordance with state laws).
