I drive by the Ingles in Clinton on my way to school. Most of the strip mall is vacant. It's a little small. Probably no more bigger than the area we use at Smokies. I thought it would be worth a look at, at the very least.

Not very many houses around there. So sound should not be big problem. Hardee’s in front and a auto parts store in the other front corner (parts resource). Pavement is a little bumpy but condition of pavement not bad. It would be a tight area and the poles limit the lot.
