Military base closures

I see that one on the list is:

-Tennessee
# U.S. Army Reserve Area Maintenance Support Facility, Kingsport

Anybody know anything about it? Possibly a good site? Possibly a good site we could use in the future?

If this is the location I think it is...it's nothing. Barely enough room there to have a paddock area, let alone and actual lot to race on. Then again, there may be another location I'm not familiar with. Perhaps Chad Summey (aka the welder) will have some more insight about the property in question.
