Pickel Island?

I assume this is or was a Sea Ray facility in light of the road names. It looks like two decent sized lots with a road bisecting. I can't tell if there are any curbs or breaks in between. If they are all connected, looks pretty large.

I know the first two are the Alabama theatre and some other thing. The second one I think is also a music theater.

Doubt we could get those unless they had specific sundays in which they were closed.

It's probably better than ORM, but I agree that it would be best suited for a school or something like that Mini event.

The Sea Ray facility at Forks of the River is out of the question. I spoke with several of the higher ups when I used to work for them.
