ORM?

I was out there yesterday, and there was nothing going on there. 'Our' lot was completely empty on a Saturday afternoon, and I didn't see any construction equipment. I'd also wager business must be pretty bad, as the 'interior' portions of the mall were closed down.

I believe OR is one of those sights we can possibly get but it is more of a last minute thing with them. They won't schedule too far into advance at all.

yeah, we can get the site, but it sucks and really is a bit small to accomodate our participation numbers these days.

Well, the pavement looked sealant free. Anyway, just pointing it out.

We always get a bunch of ricers coming to hang out whenever we go there. Remember when the guy missed his work assignment because he was helping to chase a purse snatcher.

I am ashamed to admit that I grew up in that town.

On the other hand. Sealant free pavement does sound pretty good.

yeah ive got junks of sealant on my brand new tires :x

we can just go over there, throw down some cones and start running. we'll have like 100 people..they'll have 10 security guards max...we can take em. it'll be like in 'The Warriors'.

If we're gonna go hostile, then we had better pirate the ENTIRE lot...which might make it tolerable.

A larger section of lot, or like a 50 person entry cap and a three-lap course would be necessary to make me ever actually look forward to an ORM event.

Of course, I didn't have any tar chunks after today :)

I'm with you on that.

If the mall is doing so bad now it may be an option. But, I don't really remember a time that mall did good except for the 1st 6 months or so when it opened. The strip mall was much better.

Yeah, that mall hasn't done well since the mid-90's.

I noticed as I went by today there was a sign outside today saying under new management - renovations to take place soon. Perhaps this also implies the parking lot conditions.

Interesting.

Between the islands, sealant, and the fact we can only run two types of courses at PSTCC, I'm not that in love with the place.

Sarah had to make a run down to Hardin Valley HS this weekend, and she said the pavement looked pretty good. I'm going to swing by there with a camera over the weekend and check it out.

Enjoy the poles and islands.

Since we are bumping up a few ideas, has anyone thought about ORM lately?

Now that Goody's and the interior of the mall are closed there is a lot of open space.
