I'll help out any way I can.

BTW, I drove past the site after work today just to get a quick idea of potential. The pavement looks like it's showing its age, but that was just a drive-by so I don't know how good/bad it really is. There are six light poles evenly spaced on the lot, and curbs all around. Outside of those few things, everything else looks perfect. The whole place including the perimeter road is private property, so safety would be made much easier. Paddock/grid/viewing areas would be great. Just enough slope to make some slightly on/off camber turns. In the link above it appears to have a usable course area of about 400' x500'.
