HSN Distrobution Center - Piney Flats (jc/Bristol area)

Post by GaryM »

Did some scouting today and came upon this Gem. The lot is of very good size, minimal light poles and no islands. The pavement is top notch, no rolling seams or sealed areas.

Lot is approx 900ft long, with 4 light poles along the center, spaced equally.
It appeared on today (sunday) that the lot is approx. 1/8 occupied.

I did get a contact number from the security guard if the appropriate person would contact me, I will pass that along to whoever needs to speak with them.

You will notice the saetellite, there is a truck area too, I could not see it from the road but it appears that it is potentially paved too, which would be a HUGE area, if it is.

I believe the first one is the old Rayetheon Plant. I believe they are closed now, but they used to make military stuff...I believe it was missiles? I'd imagine its pretty tough to get into something like that, and I believe its been out for a while, so there's no telling what shape the pavement is in. I don't mind to check it out next time I am in town tho.

The second one, I have no clue.

*edit*
Scott, It's just saying HSN on the map because he navigated to the new place from the original link, the HSN link is in my first post.
