This is supposed to be a good lot. It has been vacant for several years.

Here's the satellite map of that lot.

Has the pavement been expanded since the photo? It only looks to be 300'x100' or so. That isn't big enough for an autox course and grid.

I am not sure personally. The admin of another forum was telling me about it as we were discussing autox issues in the area. He said it had a big lot but that sounds awful small. I am going to be taking a trip to elizabethton sometime this week and will try to get a personal view of it.

I can tell ya from first-hand experience that lot isn't nearly big enough. You might be able to squeeze in a decent course but there would be nowhere to paddock or grid.

I agree with Scuffcakes. And it is rough. But that said the owner is a client and I can make it work we have even discussed the topic before. I think a better option is the Bosch plant at the Milligan College exit off I-26.

This the one you are talking about? Did that plant close down?

Yeah, that's the Bosch plant. IIRC the lot is about 250'x250' and there isn't much in the way of paddock or grid space.
