I can make the drive over as a SSS and Jr SS rep. Can Scott G get some date options from the site owner? We can coordinate with a designer to make it happen.

There's a chance I'll be right by this lot tomorrow if there's anything more I can look at

Are we going to pursue this lot? We have some folks willing and able to help if we get some direction.

Thanks, Scott

I talked to the owner about a site visit and he said there is no problem. The lot is supposedly open so we can visit as we see fit to look at the pavement, obstacles, paddock and grid space, and overall safety of the site for an event.

Depending on the weather JB and I are going to make it over there sometime this weekend. I'd like to shoot for early afternoon on Sat or midday Sunday. If anyone else wants to come look for different perspectives, please let me know. I will contact the owner again when we have a consensus on when is best. If anyone with the site acquisition materials is available, this may be a good opportunity to bring those for the site owner.

I'm definitely good to visit this lot this weekend. Anyone else available to check it out? I will be looking from a Safety Steward and Junior Kart Steward position (as well as from a tire-eating potential and kart-driver position). Either day works for me.

The only day I would have the potential to visit would be Sunday but that would be iffy.

I'm thinking "early" on Sunday - like 10 am. Not a big deal if we can't see it at the same time, but would be good to talk through different aspects.
