Knoxville Wholesale Furniture (old location)

I guess its on the small side, but it looks like a decent lot, and is completely abandoned.

Any idea if they filled in that GIANT sink hole that opened up in that parking lot a year or two ago? I assumed the sink hole was the reason that furniture store moved. What's the SCCA required distance for keeping a gate away from a sink hole?

Sinkhole... you mean pre-defined skidpad? I didn't notice a giant sinkhole when I drove by, but I wasn't looking too hard.

The birdseye view on google maps is from 2013, so I'm guessing they got it fixed.

If there was paddock somewhere else, I think this would be workable, but otherwise I think it would be painfully small.

That said, it's very visible and would be a great place to run an autocross to target new members

You would notice this one... It was like 75' x 250' and like 20 feet deep.

I think they fixed it in like 2004-2005.

Wow. Feels like it was only a year or two ago that happened. I'm not sure where the other 7 years went.
