Saw this one on Sunday. Not a huge lot, but it might work with a nice 2 lapper. Again, no pics.

...main problem I could see is even though they are closed on sundays, Hastings right next door is still open. Would have to rope/cone off a whole bunch of pavement... Now, if both were closed, we could rope off the entire lot, which is HUGE!

I'm not shooting it down, just letting everyone know...
