will there be any future events in morristown this year? I was replacing my master cylinder today. the 1st new one had a defective drilled plug for the lines that leaked and prevented me from making this event that I was really hoping to attend

There will be an event there in April, if I remember correctly.

Congrats to Gary. It only takes one run! Good to see Curt back out again.

The course was a little more technical than I intended. After running it, I would have changed a few things. That said, I hope most had fun and I'm really glad we have that site again for a couple of events. Oh, and I thought grid worked MUCH better that way for those that remember what we have done there in the past.

Big thanks to Chad and Michael for helping with course setup, chalking, and sweeping. Also, HUGE thanks for everyone that picked up garbage and kept everything clean in general. When we left, everything that I saw looked great!

Steve, you said you had lost some muscle mass... glad I could help.

Next time I'm going to shoot up some andro before the event and dominate!

People did a really good job being ready to run and that was really key with a spread out grid like we ran today. I think our course working needs a little more in the coaching department. Chris and I discussed some things that we hopefully can change and make sure that more people are comfortable with what is needed from them as a course worker.

Definitely an awesome an event and site! I thought the course was a blast and everything seemed to run much smoother.

course was much more fun to drive than it was walking. had a fair amount of unused asphalt out there in the center of the skidpad - but my real beef is...

why only FIVE runs with a 30 second course.. and four 45 second runs last event? Even for me, 2 hours of driving/$25 spent for 2.5 minutes of running is hard to justify. Couple years back when I was running almost every event, it seemed like SIX 45-60 second runs was the norm.. ya'll anxious to get home now or something?

My thoughts exactly. And although I didn't like the course design, the event ran smoothly (as always).

Gosh dern momentum courses. :?

This was an interesting (read: painful) course. You've exposed one of my weaknesses... Really tight stuff.

Even though they were short, I'm glad we got 5 runs. Everything went very smoothly today!

Just to be clear on the photos/video rule, in-car/on-car video is alright, as long as we don't share it anywhere (i.e., upload to YouTube)...?

It was good to be back out there again. Had some rust to knock off. Of course it helps to put enough gas in the car  I felt like I could have knocked three seconds off if I would have had just a couple more gallons in the tank. Seemed like forever just sitting there waiting for it to pick back up. Looks like we got about a month til the next one so hopefully I can re-fix the goofy exhaust to keep it from banging around and put some more fuel in it.

I liked the course though seemed like it flowed pretty well to me.
