Seems like I remember hearing on the radio years ago that the service manager there had been stabbed by a customer. I think I can see why, now. :x

John Brown is a Service Mgr at the Ford Dealership.
Will Ford Service A Mazda??
Same general company...???
:?:
All I know is that my (Relatively) Cheap Focus has been a GREAT car for me, and Ted Russell at Parkside Drive has been a GREEEAAATTTTT Service Dept.
8)
BTW, take that Mazda dealer to the press....
Get what is coming to you, NOT what they throw at you.

I second Michael's complement to Ted Russell on Parkside Drive. I have had excellent service there for both my Focus and my wife's Focus. By the way, their service department is open on Saturdays.

No can do guys...at one time we could do warr. repairs on the Navaho (I think) ie. Explorer...but that was it.

That was a long time ago....
I can give him some advice or help any way I can.
I still say meet with the General Mgr. and take up some of his precious time....I bet he gives in and does the right thing.

ps. dewey/mike.....your checks are in the mail for the good words...:)
