Re: May Fastrack
So, I can change my steering wheel now?
I'm not sure if getting rid of that rule in ST means that now steering wheels can't be changed at all or that it can be changed with no limitations?
Rules still confuse me sometimes in the classes lol.

But, none of this is official. Just a revised proposal. The implementation date is in there.

I think you're looking at the proposed "Street" rules, right? Not the "Street Touring" rules. I don't think anything is changing (steering wheel related) in ST*.

Still no designated wheel width allowance. AP1's get the shaft again.

Oh, and this exhaust thing could potentially eff me pretty hard in STS. Please, please, please let us run turndowns, STAC.

if you're not running Stock, and if the didn't come with an airbag, you're good to change ( not sure about Stock )Josh_McCRX wrote:That's what I though...

I think that rule is under the stock/street class deal, and not the ST classes, but I could be mistaken.
Still not a fan of the rule changes, but it's better.
Still don't feel this is going to be bringing in 'new blood' to the sport and could possible alienate those already in it. Time will tell I guess.

Re: May Fastrack
ST gets their catback language from stock.
I think this is an unintended consequence --- basically all the Civics/CRXs dump under the car because of the rear swaybar setup --- but this will require new language.

Re: May Fastrack
Yeah. If you can't do it in stock (or street or whatever) and there is no specific allowance in ST, you can't do it.

Re: May Fastrack
I read this but don't understand what happens to all other stock class cars running R comps in 2015. I see SSR lives on with a minimun participant requirement, does every other stock class go to SP if on Rs?
Re: May Fastrack
yes, that's my take. If you want to run R's you are in an SP class.
looks like next year it's 140TW tires for "Street" and 200TW for 2015.
