That was a fun course.. the turn at the end of the downhill was awesome. The new car is a beautiful thing to drive - much easier to modulate the slip angle than the old'n... and we can brake SO much later than in the red car.
I am wondering if I'm overdriving or something though - had the same situation at Dixie this year. I run a pretty good time first off, then I can only pick up 4-6 tenths of a second and I get stuck in that zone.
I ran a 65.4 with a 200 pound passenger so I obviously left quite a bit out there, I just dont know where. Car had to have 64's in it easy. JB or RC, if one of ya'll want to ride with me on the 4th-6th runs next time, feel free.
P.S.: Sorry for boning up the timing during run group one. Not sure what happened, but I didnt catch it soon enough. Apparently I need a scribe to watch my back when I'm running the computer.. la-la land got the best of me. Thank you Mr. Harp for saving the day on that one.
