Did I miss the part about Toyo not paying 2014 contingencies???? Cant find it on SCCA site when I was signing up..

However.. Mazda has upped their $$$$$ !

I think you didn't give the rivals a chance, you need to run the rivals at all of our locals to see if they are any good....LOL

I got word from an SCCA employee that Toyo pulling contingency is a result of Spec Miata going to Hoosier.

Yeah, and now Toyo has a few years of numbers to see what kind of return they are getting out of their investment in SCCA Racing.

Its gonna be a tuff call for me.. Its hard not to run a tire that pays.. even tuffer to run a tire that cant win .. . . . . . ...

I remember Jeff with Bridgestone at the Atlanta leg of the Street Tire Challenge, offering me a set of his tires to bring home and a set to race on that day.. I was on Toyos, and I turned him down.

I won the 500 dollars 1st place and money from Toyo.
