Your right, just mention the Koni's. I don't want to over do it. It's just that I haven't been getting much support on the tire issue, then all of a sudden...

...the guy with the red MG-Tx came to the timing area looking for a lost number after the event was over. It was a '9' I believe he was missing... I told him that if we found it we'd throw it in the trailer, then I got busy helping team Volvo fix their car while the course was being broken down. If you think it's his number bring it to the next event???

TedV your Scirocco didn't sound too loud to me (I announced when you were running) and the purr of the turbo sounded super sweet idling at the line...

Daddy was a mechanic...It would have been nice if he was a doctor, but, then, we probably would have been 'sick' all the time instead of wrenchin' on these cars...

I have it. I thought it was from the black Honda Civic "mini-minivan". I found it on course. It is looking rough.

It was 1883 lbs with 1/4 tank of gas before I added the taller block and turbo stuff. Has to be 1900. I think I should be fine.

Thanks for the input on the sound. still think I need at least a straight flow thru muffler. It can decel backfire loud with a quick lift of the throttle. I need to goto Dothan. I must get lots of seat time on big courses. I was just offered the use of a back up car at Nationals.
