Re: Test & Tune a ticket event?
Thanks. Will I have to pay twice to run the Miata and the Kart? Not griping if it do just wondering up front. Several want to try for a run but not give up a whole event for it.

Yes we need at least a minimum number of entrants to cover the SCCA and PSCC fees. The last one I chaired we did not make the cut and Scott said we went into the red on the event. Any more over the minimum number the better to a cap off point., in order to make happen. As far as scoring goes you do your own. The timing will be set up and the display working. No printed results nor posted results. No grid no run order.Just ya'll run and the rest work then switch out.A Safety chair needs to be on hand during all car run groups might need two safety members or one that is not running.

Anyone know if 225 15" Hankooks are supposed to be available by then?

We will have a grid and you will be giving a grid spot during your run time and we will have a starter and probably switch out after an hour or 1.5 hour and if you need to go get something to eat you need to do that during your run time not while working course we will have plenty of time to get a lot of runs in.

Re: Test & Tune a ticket event?
OOps Yea we do need grid to sort of settle out the groups, my bad for prior stating no grid. Sorta keeps the half and half separated from run to work. Would post it notes be OK as ya'll come off course for times. That would involve a worker position for that task so you can see from one run to the next what is going on with your runs and how your changes to the car come into play. Could there be a possibility of a true Carpenter coming out and drive your car? Well if that happens it will be a very learning and rewarding time for those involved. He drives and talks, you learn. He dose at times ride and provide help. If you have never seem him drive and also JB you would like the critique and help. Have fun Ya'll. Looking forward to the event sans moisture and cold.
