I did talk to the managemet @ Calhoun's yesterday and they have assured me we have the room for the rest of the year.

I talked to Lin and they have promised the room is ours, again. I have a back-up in Turkey Creek if we get screwed. Mimi's Café told me we could meet there if I call them by 5:45.
