What happened Dave?

Paul, after I made three runs yesterday, I stopped to check tire wear and noticed an "egg" on the right front that extended an inch into the tread and down into the sidewall. "Dr. Bob" Colbert diagnosed symptoms of Kingsport's gargantuan potholes that have developed with all the snow and ice we've had recently. I-40 is full of them as well, so I may have hit one at just the right speed and angle to break a belt in the tire. Who knows? I have my eye on some Michelin Super Sports on Tire Rack, but the rears are not available till mid April. I'll call around tomorrow and see if any of the local places can get the rears sooner.

Well, after stewing about having to wait on Tire Rack, I decided to check on next size up and both fronts and rears were available, so I should be back in business soon. Can't make Event #2, though as we'll be in Columbia for NCAA Women's tournament.
