Seems we need to please the BFG guy on the SCCA SOLO BOARD or where ever he gets a @$^%!$#$(*%# Pay check I think he gets too many $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and don't care. Entertaining.

Poke -- A car on Federals came in 8th raw and a relatively light car on year old Rivals came in 10th.

Are Federals 200TW? I thought they were below that.

Who with BFG is on the Solo Board?

I thought the new Bridgestone was the new pixie dust...

We just better hope that the Rival S isn't the tire to have. I priced them for a C5 Z06 and it is $1200+ depending on what you want to do.

Heres a funny issue..
When I was looking at the BS RE-71's I read that the foot note said.. during the first 6 months of production..tires do not have to have the TW stamp on the tire...
Mine do not say "200" TW anywhere on them.... however, the sticker does.. Im taking the sticker. Anyone see this as issue this weekend???

I don't think so. Everybody "knows" the tire is legal. If there were an issue, it would be one of those protests that would be made with the only goal being to get the protest committee/doug gill to make a ruling/clean up ambiguous rules

I've already got the pro-test papers lined up!

I'm curious to see what everyone else in STS will be running on. JB, have you tested the Dunlops yet?

Lol, I don't know if the RE71Rs will be as fast as the dunlops, but if they are you can just run on those until the new shipment of 195 r1rs arrive.

The pointy end of ST can be difficult. I could of had two sets of sticker 275 Hoosiers for what I spend on wheels/tires for the 2013/2014 season in STR. Mainly because of inventory issues. The more I think about it, the better CSP looks for my situation.

What if the Rubberstones 200 TW tire has a copy of the Hoosier A7 compound?

Well I'm hoping that the dunlops turn out to be the best tires for STS since that's what I have and stuck with since I can't afford to buy anything else.
