There were two people on heat #2 that never showed for this event. It was mentioned that it could of been two novice guys that left after their first runs. I don't remember their names and I didn't recognize the names either. I'd have to look at the worker sheet, which should be in the trailer somewhere, to confirm.

I heard someone talking about a driver that screwed up their first run … somehow … whatever … and then packed up and left

We had a novice that was flustered after his first run and dnf... He drove away, but ended up coming back and I kept him on track. Talked to him after the event and he had fun. I saw him after the third heat and I am pretty sure he w worked.
