Heather, Curt,

No one is sorrier than I am for what happened with the run groups yesterday. I know how we can fix it and I'll adjust the driver's meeting notes accordingly so that we read the run groups first so that we'll have time to fix issues before the driver's meeting is over and everyone has headed to their cars.

You are both very important members to the club and I am sorry that isn't how you felt yesterday. For both of you - your next 2 events are on the house.

Heather & Curt, that was my fault. I was told STR needed to be in a separate group from Pro, and I set it up that way. However, several other requests came in after than and I had to juggle those with making sure safety stewards were available for each group and I forgot about STR for the final shuffle.
