Which way do you enter through? Dragway or Speedway entrance? Reason I was asking is they are having DER bracket racing this weekend so typically they won't let you through the gate without paying. Also is there a charge for spectators?

Sorry for all the questions guys just trying to gather as much information as I can.

You enter thru the speedway side and look for the scca etr autocross signs and enter there.

I believe the signs that point the way in say LAET autocross. For Legal Aid of East Tennessee. At least that's what I came up with after wondering a few moments. So used to seeing SCCA there somewhere.

Well, I'm glad I didn't come up... Last night we headed to newbert's for the car show and on the way. The ac compressor ( I hope that was it ) seized and made all kinds of smells and smoke. Had to limp it to Reeder since it was close and let's hope it's not to expensive

Great event! Thanks to all those who made it happen. Big thanks to Scooter for helping Ariel and I swap a trailer tire on the side of 81!

My only suggestion is that when we only have two race groups, we have a lunch break. The nice folks with the food truck did a lot less business on Sunday than on Saturday. I don't know if their concession fee went in part to LAET, but if it did, then it's even more important to support them.

Glad I had to stop and get gas before heading back home or else I would have been a ways ahead of you. I was happy to help and the use of the impact made it go quicker.

Every second counts when the people on the interstate are using you for a wallom, trying to see how close they can get without making a road pizza of you.

It must have been the day for blown trailer tires. Gary Cobble was on the side of I-40 with one right before exit 407. Unfortunately neither he nor I had the proper size lug nut to remove his blown tire. He called AAA, and I advised him to slowly head to the exit to get out of the wallom zone. Hopefully he made it ok as he told me to go ahead and leave as roadside assistance was on the way.

Thanks Mark and Gary for letting me take spins in your cars! The Geo is a bit more of a challenge between the 2. I would like to see what it could do with some Re71's and maybe a steering rack quickener.

Fun times.
