**BRISTOL CHAMP & MATCH TOUR**

Post by Gen52SS »

This is a reminder to all ETR members our Champ & Match Tour RESGISTRATION DATE is creeping up on us..... WEDNESDAY MAY 17th at 3PM EST registration will open for the CHAMP TOUR with a 300 car limit. MATCH TOUR 200 car limit....Put this date on your calender and get registered. I don't have any control over registration that's done by National on these events so I can't help you if you forget to register... DON'T BE LEFT OUT.

I received an email from Brian Harmer stating that both of our national events will open at the same time next wed. the 17th. I think these will fill up fast so get registered quickly if you want to attend.

Note that both events are showing registration on the 24th on the site, not the 17th. Can you please get clarification on the actual date?

Your correct they changed the date on SCCA website to May 24th...think we still need to verify this is the correct date. It was originally May 17th CHAMP and May 24th MATCH but because they are allowing registration for both Champ & Match they may have also changed the date after I posted...thanks for picking that up Scott.

Bumping this back up. Registration has been open for just over two hours and both events are more than half full. If you are interested, you should probably register quickly! Looks like both will sell out, possibly tonight!

Match Tour is sold out and in less than 24 hours. Thanks to all who promoted this and helped spread the word. JY

Can't believe I am going to miss this. I've looked forward to it since the last match tour, but I got a new job so I won't have any vacation time by then so maybe next year.

Anyone looking for a tire warmer?
I am from New Mexico (Rio Grande Region) but will be in the Bristol area and would like to participate in the Champ Tour. I'm willing to contribute to a tire fund in exchange for an "arrive and drive' arrangement. I have been doing this autocross thing for about 15 years and can provide a few folks that can vouch that I'm not too tough on equipment.
Thanks,
Jim
