Found this out in my field. It isn’t a jack, or at least if it is, it has about 2” of lift.

Also looks like one that goes under the end of a trailer to keep it from dropping down if you are unhooked from tow rig and you are unloading your car.

Well with a camper you have those things ,jacking blocking stopping or what ever. And could also be used for a compact car jack.
