Nationals tent rental

Post by jcox07 »

We have to apply on Monday for the tent rental for national, the 30x30 is 1000.00 and the 20x30 is 600.00. If you are going to nats, which one do we want to get? We have 1500.00 to play with and I would like to use 500.00 for 2 golf carts for etr peeps going to nats. So post up your thoughts if you are going. The only thing we will have to chip in for is food and such at the 2018 nationals in Lincoln in Sept. Thanks JY

I'm for the larger tent, especially since it looks like it's within the budget.

If it looks like we will have more ETR member going this year then I think we need the larger tent.

Not knowing how well everyone fit in the 20x30 I tend to agree with Jim if there's going to be more of us this year then the larger may be better.

I wonder how many we have going vs last year. Last year worked but it was cozy when we had a lot of visitors. We could use the difference for another cart if we don't need the extra space.

We will have 1500.00 to use and 2 golf carts will be 500.00 and if we go with the 30x30 that will use up the other 1000.00 and if it rains and we have to work on a car, we would need that extra room... I think
