TT Events this year

Post by thrdeye »

Does anyone have any interest in the CMP Time Trial in May? I'm kicking around the idea of taking one of the BMW's over. Probably mine since it's cheaper to fix should something go wrong.

I'm also pretty sure I'll do the national championship at NCM even if I don't do CMP since it's so close and the event got such great feedback.

I'm not looking to be very competitive at either event since I don't have a ton of track experience. But, even with adding track insurance ($200 for the weekend for the E46) it seems like a pretty good value.

If anyone has a line on a 3-point compatible HANS that might be up for borrow/rent, I'd consider that.

Yeah, factory three point is acceptable.

I am considering the national event. Probably in the Focus.
