Waiver for Minors??

Hello,

I would like to attend this weekend's event and would like to submit waivers for my kids. They are under 16 and I know I need to do this via a paper form. Does anyone know where this form is for download or submission online?

Not an expert but I think it's all done online via scca's website now. No more paper forms.
