Hey guys - newb
Hey guys - newb
Hello, I didn't see a better section to make this thread in so i'll just do it here lol... I don't know hardly anybody on here that I know of except for Aquafina, and I barely know him. Anyways, im from Kingsport, TN. I drive a 1991 Civic hatch....yea I got the rice burner lol... You might be pleased to find out that even though I don't have any experience in autox'ing I'll pick a curvy road anyday over drag racing. I joined this site to hopefully gain some knowledge about autox and hopefully to keep up with the dates and come out to the next one within a reasonable distance from Kingsport. The site looks nice and I hope to make some friends! Have a good one!

Welcome to the greatest SCCA region on the planet...you couldn't have picked a better place or group of people to jump in with. Your only drawback is driving from Newport for each event.

Daddy was a mechanic...It would have been nice if he was a doctor, but, then, we probably would have been 'sick' all the time instead of wrenchin' on these cars...

Don't sweat the drive dude. I make it from Johnson City just fine. Maybe if there were more of us in the tri-cities area (and if we attended the meetings) we could get at leas one event up here a year.
Seriously, it's worth the drive to me. A lot of that has to do with what a great group of people we've got in this region.

See! You been here one day and Greg's already cussed ya. He aint from Newport Greg! He's from Kingsport. The King of Ports tops a Johnny come lately Port every time.
Don't worry about driving to Lenoir City. It's well worth it. Besides, event sites change as fast as the weather around here. Soon as they kick us out of Lenoir City we'll get back towards EAST TENNESSEE.
Anyway, welcome to the ETR.

Hows Packing House Road?I don't have any experience in autox'ing I'll pick a curvy road anyday over drag racing.
Whats up homey? Welcome!
You thought you didn't know anyone on this site.
Now all we need to do is get Maximus to join.
I'm actually pretty new too. But these guys all seem like a good bunch.
Amy and I went to the last event and enjoyed it very much.
We hope to run the Laser soon.
