That's one way to do it but there are some adjustments that can be made. Of course, in SM you want those gaps to provide a little more air to your air filter conveniently located right behind the light.

Found you a real nice '94 down here in Greeneville. Blue, good top and interior, body's clean, not a single dint or ding to be found. I talked to the lady that owns it and she took a $100. deposit to hold it on Friday, but hasn't seen the guy since. I ask her how long she would hold it and she said until Wednesday. I'll go by Wednesday afternoon and see if it's still there. This is a nice one. Her asking price is $4,900.

It's not Smurf Blue or Scuffcakes Blue. It's the blue you see on a lot of Protege's and RX8's. It's a metalic blue. I've only seen a handful of Miata's in this color. Special Edition? I don't know.
I didn't get the mileage. I'm going past there this afternoon. I'll stop and check. I didn't mention before that the engine compartment was very very clean.
