We will be receiving friends on Wed night from 6-9 at Hatmakers Funeral Home in Lake City. The funeral will be at Clinch River church on Thurs. at 11 a.m.
Thank you all for your kind words,prayers and support. You guys(and girls) are the best. My heart just aches. Then I think of the times we all spent together and I smile. I keep going back to the "Great Volvo eruption" at Adesa. How he talked about when Chris and Bart took him to the Dragon. He wasn't a half bad driver either.
To everyone of you kids out there PLEASE ALWAYS wear your seatbelt!!!!
Your mom and dad don't need to hurt like this.
I know it is Christmas so call or see your parents if you can, hug them, tell them you love them. They need to hear that.
Parents if your kids are grown,call them. If they are still at home look at them, cherish them,hug them even when they pull away. Tell them you love them. You never know when it will be your last chance. They are God's greatest gifts here.

Bill - I just heard the news and am simply shocked. I am so sorry to learn that you have lost your son. I just don't know what to say. But please know that my now heavy heart will be with you and your family this holiday season. May God bless all of you in this terribly difficult time.

Bill...I am deeply sorry to hear about your loss. I do know a lot of what you are going through. I lost my son Kevin when he and I were on a whitewater canoe trip with a friend. Kevin was just a few weeks shy of his twenty fifth birthday and he had a great future in front of him, just as I am sure Davey did. I hadn't gotten on the computer in the past couple of days. It breaks my heart to see this. I always enjoyed seeing you and Davey enjoy a hobby together. I can't even begin to imagine what you and your family have gone through these past couple of days. You guys have my thoughts and prayers.

If you need directions:
Go 75 north to exit 128, the ramp will turn and go back under the interstate. Go to the red light and turn left. Go to the 2nd red light and the funeral home is on your right. It is a large white colonial looking building. I hope you guys can come out,he loved you all.
