Well I guess I don't want to hear that we need more unemployment for our area. I think its funny because I all I hear is people want to work and I have seen several post of people looking for people and where are the people that want to work?

The access to the tire machine is only after you have been here for a year.
I think its funny but 401K is what 3 - 5% of your pay? I do something a lot better than 401K will ever do I have a profit sharing and I have never put less than 5% in for my guys. The other problem with 401K is you have to put money in and they match the money with profit sharing you are not putting money in so instead of making 100% on what you are putting in with this program you make 1,000% because its not your money its all about the profits of the company. Its good to have a in-house CPA
I have worked for small business now for more than 25 years and I don't like 401K programs its better than nothing but its not the best way to put money in the people's pocket that make the profits. Sorry but I hear this all the time when talking to people about a job and the talk of 401K comes into play.

This is in sales so its all about how much you can sell our products or services. We need someone that is able to go to offices and help see the need in their office for our service.
